Kathmandu is the historical center of Nepal and the place where kingdoms rose and fell. So, this is the city of palaces and temples. Furthermore, Kathmandu valley itself is a big museum – a vast store of Hindu and Buddhist art and culture rich in shrines and temples. Some of these are listed as UNESCO world Heritage Sites and here we are going to make a cultural tour of such places in and out of the Kathmandu valley also. They are namely, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Changunarayan, Janakpur, Lumbini, Palpa, Gorkha and many more en-route.
