Hi Kris! Thank you for an amazing trip. We loved our time there and appreciated all that you and your company did to ensure we had an awesome trip. Santa was a wonderful guide and really went out of his way to make our trek special. Thank you again and we will definitely be back for another adventure with Trekking Encounters.
Thanks for your message - I'd definitely recommend you. We had a great time on the trip and are both missing Nepal desperately! Santa was a fantastic guide, we couldn't have asked for anyone more helpful.
Sorry we couldn't meet up for a drink, we just didn't have enough time in Kathmandu in the end.
Thanks again for everything, Alice
Thanks to Trekking Encounters Nepal and Santa for the adventure in Langtang Trek.
I got home safe.
Thanks again, Best Regards, Mario
I have been visiting Nepal since 2004 and twice a year mostly. I organized my first trek to Annapurna Circuit with Kris in 2004. He seemed straightforward and I decided to go with his team. My last trip was to Langtang and Yala Peak. I have climbed Mera Peak, Island Peak, Lobuche Peak with Trekking Encounters in the consequent years. I have done almost all treks including Mount Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp. It’s been like Nepal is my second home. I would like to thank Kris and his team for making my holiday memorable. I have already decided to make a trip in September-October (2014). Let’s meet there if you are coming!

We are safely back home, and had a rest after a long trip with a long flight delay. John and I would like to thank you very much for all your assistance. It is with your efforts that our trip to Nepal has become a wonderful experience. The driver and both of guides were excellent. All the locations we have visited and the hotels we stayed in were exiting. We have enjoyed getting to know more about Nepal very much.
We would like to convey our best wishes to your kind wife Indu and lovely son Suzal, we will keep his pictures. We also would like to thank you very much for your kind gifts.
Kind regards and sincere thanks
I'm sorry to miss you and Madhu. I came back to Kathmandu with a bad cold and had to lay low before leaving. But I wanted to pass onto you and Madhu my comments on the Ghorepani-Chomrong-Landruk trek.
In short, it was a fantastic experience and I could not have wanted for more with the trek, Madhu or your agency. Extending to five days made a lot of sense and I found the pace of the trek to be ideal, covering a good amount of ground each day whiles still feeling fairly relaxed. The views, which were my main goal, were absolutely incredible. I'll write more, but for now, please forward these photos to Madhu - he was great company and really excellent guide: 10 out of 10!
Finally, I hope to come back in a year or two to Annapurna or Everest region.
The original plan had been to fly from Kathmandu to Lukla airport, and join the well trodden trek from Lukla to Everest Base Camp and back again. We would have 16 days in which to trek the 111km. However, due to bad weather, our plans were to change, and we would now have to trek an additional 50km, in a reduced time of 12 days, and the first 3 – 4 days would be on a much less used, and much more arduous route. The gauntlet was thrown down. Would our band of VIPs (Visually Impaired People) be up to the challenge. Of course we would!!
Just a quick thank you to yourself for organising such an excellent trek to EBC. I was most impressed with your service and particularly your guide 'Mr. Dharma' who I found very helpful.
I may take another trek and will let you know later.
Thanks again for everything.
Dear Krishna Namaste.
The time I spent with you and your team Trekking in your lovely country last october was one of the best expieriances I have ever had.
Our Guides Pemba and Dharma were just excelent kind skilled and very good company we couldn't have had better anywhere in Nepal. They and yourself were allways very profesional and when I felt at my lowest Dharma or Pemba were allways there to help and encourage me.
Also it was a pleasure and an honour to meet both Dharmas and your family.
All in all Kris when I return to nepal I will be looking you all up for a beer.
