Outline Itinerary

Day 01:   Arrive Kathmandu transfer to hotel
Day 02:Guided sightseeing tour of the World Heritage Sites and sacred places in the city of Kathmandu.
Day 03:Guided sightseeing tour of the Patan and Bhaktapur. Drive to Nagarkot
Day 04:Drive for 6 hours by bus/car to the National Park of Chitwan.
Day 05:Full day of activities including elephant safari, bird watching, jungle walk with local guide, canoe down river to the elephant nursery. Finish in the evening with a Tharu cultural programme.
Day 06:Visit the indigenous Tharu community where you can experience the local village life and call into a school and meet with the local children.
Day 07:Drive to Lumbini the birthplace of Lord Buddha (623 BC).
Day 08: Visit the Sacred Garden where Buddha was born and the monasteries.
Day 09: Fly to Kathmandu, visit Durbar Square (World Heritage Site) and in the evening a cultural dinner.
Day 10: Free day
Day 11: Mountain Flight - early morning start for the panoramic flight over Mt Everest
Day 12: Transfer to airport - depart Kathmandu
