Langtang Valley

Overview

Langton is a region of Nepal and the Langtang valley is a narrow valley bordering Tibet but still far away from the Tibetan Plateau. A trek to the Langtang valley is a great opportunity to explore villages, climb small peaks, and to visit glaciers at comfortably low elevations. People living here look like Tibetans and a great influence of Tibet can be experienced in this valley. The Tamang tribe is the main settler in this region. A scenic view of Langtang Himal can be captured during this trek.

Day 01:Arrive Kathmandu (1337m) collect from airport and transfer to hotel. (H.B)
Day 02: Kathmandu guided sightseeing. There are a total of 7 World Heritage Sites. (H.D/B)
Day 03: Drive to Dhunche (1950m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 04: Trek to Syabru Village (2200m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 05: Trek to Lama Hotel (2480m).(T. B/L/D)
Day 06: Trek to Langtang Village (3480m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 07: Trek to Kyangjin Gompa (3900m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 08: Rest day and excursion to Tsergo Ri (5033m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 09: Trek to Lama Hotel (2480m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 10: Trek to Syabrubesi (2030m). (T. B/L/D)
Day 11: Drive to Kathmandu (132 km / 8-9 hours. Drive by bus / car). (H.B)
Day 12: Depart Kathmandu.
