Trekking Encounters Ltd is a member of The Travel Trust Association - membership number U5571. This means that you can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that your money and holiday is protected.
The Travel Trust Association is a trade association and has been in existence for over fifteen years, its members consist of over 470 Travel Agents and Tour Operators in the UK. TTA exists to provide the customer with 100 percent financial protection.
Your money is deposited into a designated Trust Account and remains in the Trust Account until you return from you holiday. An appointed Trustee (a banker, chartered or certified accountant or a solicitor) who is totally independent supervises the Trust Account.
There is further protection with the Stand Alone Safe Seat Plan fidelity insurance policy and this is included in the cost of your holiday. It insures our customers’ monies whilst they are held in Trekking Encounters Trust Account. It will reimburse the loss of any amount paid for your booking up to a maximum of £11,000 for any one passenger.
