Trekking or hiking is a significant attraction in Nepal and has been offered since the 1960's. The two most popular treks in Nepal are trekking to Everest Base Camp and trekking either around Annapurna or the Annapurna Circuit, which goes right around the Annapurna Himalayan range. There are numerous other treks available in the Everest, Annapurna and Langtang regions. We offer treks to Gokyo valley, the Lake and the top Gokyo Ri where one can enjoy spectacular views of Mt. Everest, Cho Oyu and other Himalayan mountains. Other popular regions include the Langtang, Helambu, Makalu, Manaslu, Kanchenjunga, Dolpo and Rara. In western Nepal we specialise in classic and adventure treks. We can organise trekking over high passes for those who relish mountain challenges. You can also enjoy the cultural richness of Nepal en route by meeting some of the ethnic groups like Sherpa, Gurung, Rai, Thakali, and by viewing ancient monasteries, temples and sacred lakes on the different trekking trails. You could join our peak climbing trips to Island Peak, Mera Peak or Lobuche Peak. Alternatively, there are some expedition trips available to Baruntse, Amadablam and Cho Oyu.

Trekking In Nepal

Arun Valley and Salpa Pass trek is a blend of remoteness, adventure and natural beauty. This off-the-beaten and seldom visited trail links the popular Khumbu region with the Arun Valley having a unique ecosystem and the area is protected as Makalu-Barun National Park.

Mardi Himal trail is one of the rarely visited trekking trails in Nepal and the route is popular to provide some exceptional mountain views and an opportunity to trek through the forests and enchanting villages that have not yet felt the impact of tourism.

Rolwaling Valley is named after the Mountain Rolwaling. Rolwaling Valley borders with the Khumbu region to the East, the Helambu region to the West and the dry Tibetan Plateau to the North of Nepal. We take a drive from Kathmandu to Barabise to start this trek.

Manaslu region is a protected land under the boundaries of Manaslu Conservation Area and was officially opened in 1991 for foreign trekkers. Manaslu Circuit Trek is now considered as the alternative route to the popular Annapurna Circuit Trek.

Dolpa district is situated in the Trans-Himalayan region of north-west Nepal. Dolpa is also spelt as Dolpo and remains as an isolated, wild, vergin and one of the remotest areas of Nepal which has a great biodiversity, cultural richness and challenging high passes.

Climbing & Expeditions

Mera Peak is the highest NMA listed trekking peak in Nepal, situated on the edge of famous Khumbu region and boasts an absolutely stunning summit panorama that includes five of the world's 8000m peaks - Mt. Kanchenjunga, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Cho Oyu and Mt. Everest.

Everest region has become a popular destination for short time trekking holidays, longer treks, high passes, adventure peaks, challenging expeditions of mountains above 8000 meters including the highest Mt. Everest, the story of Yeti and the Sherpa culture.

Mount Ama Dablam is located in the famous Khumbu region of East Nepal just above the Tengboche monastery on the way to Everest Base Camp. Mt. Ama Dablam expedition is technically demanding and has it all ice, rock and the great base camp in a meadow with a stream.

Yala Peak is located in the Langtang Himalayan range of Nepal, protected as Langtang National Park. This peak is also considered as Nepal’s one of easier trekking peaks and often climbed along with its neighbouring Peak Naya Kanga or Ganja-la Chuli.

Pisang Peak is located in the Annapurna region of Nepal. The peak lies roughly in between two gigantic Himalayan peaks, Annapurna I and Manaslu. Pisang Peak rises above from Pisang village and yak pastures in a uniform slope of ice and snow to the final summit pyramid.
